Congratulations to Crystal from Galax, Va. for winning the 2007 East Coast Regional Hawaiian Tropic Contest
held Aug. 18 at Side Pockets Bar and Grill in Laurel,  Crystal, who was the runner-up at last year's contest,
won a trip to Hawaii to compete in the Miss Hawaiian Tropic USA contest.
